BMX (my hobby of choice)

This would be me in the lead of a rather Muddy event in Kansas City Mo.

These are a few of the local trophies I earned. I know it's hard to see but there's 52 of them there. I quit collecting them actualy about a year ago. I've just ran out of room to put them anywhere.

I know this isn't BMX but My friend sent this to me from the old days. I used to be really good at skating. and This was right before we parked a car and I launched myself over the thing. Wish I had that pic.

Well this is my hobby, my main passion, and I think my Achilles heel.

We've been doing this for 7 years now and we race on a national level. It's a rather expensive hobby. My bike alone is sitting right around $2000 and Branden's is close to $1900. Then you have pants, shoes, helmets, and all the other safety gear you need. So defiantly Not the White trash sports most think it is. Although Ill admit there's that element in there too.

The one thing I love about this Sport is the traveling. I've seen more in the last 4 years of my life with my oldest son than I have in my entire life. We get to go everywhere. Unfortunately we drive so it takes forever. But it's my sacrifice I guess.

So far I've continuously improved in my rankings every year. I think once I start to slide out then I'll think about giving it up Until then though I'm going to keep doing what I love.

These are some of my national trophies. It took me awhile to accumulate. But I'm proud of them.
